Our main equestrian barn resides within one of our many beautiful historic buildings on property. This barn was once a fully functional dairy barn, with the original section dating back to the 1850s, which was then converted to an equestrian barn in the 1970s. Over the past 18 months we have refurbished all 12 stalls, our wash stall, and main aisle. We have just completed the addition of our heated tack room, lounge, and restroom- expanding the functionality and comfort of our beautiful barn.
The main aisle consists of 12 stalls ranging in size from 10’ x 12’ up to our largest foaling stalls at 10’ x 16’. All stalls have brand new 3” rubber matting, new electric access for fans, heated buckets, hay nets and 2 or more brand new exterior windows. Our wash stall has newly installed hot and cold water, as well a resurfaced interior and floor.

We have spent the summer restoring our indoor riding arena to its fullest potential, and are excited to welcome our customers to utilize this wonderful space.
After excavating and removing all of the old base and footing, we started fresh installing 9 tons of compacted stone dust, and brand new TraveLite™ non-water dependent footing. TraveLite™ footing provides more movement and shear, which allows many levels of horse and rider to enjoy a beautiful, dust-free environment. This footing was installed by the wonderful team at Footing First.
Additionally we installed brand new LED lighting, built a riding/knee wall, replaced all gutters, and upgraded the exterior drainage system. This complete overhaul will allow you to enjoy riding your horse no matter the weather, or the time of day!
Outdoor Riding Arena
We understand that an outdoor arena is vital in training and enjoying your horse. Unfortunately this was missing on the farm, so we began constructing a new outdoor arena right next to our beautiful indoor arena in 2024. We are excited to announce that we have completed construction, and this area is now open to our customers and horses alike.

Our Paddock Paradise offers a unique and enriching experience for our equine residents. Designed with the well-being and natural instincts of horses in mind, our Paddock Paradise provides a diverse environment for them to roam and graze freely. The carefully planned track system encourages movement and simulates the challenges of a natural habitat. By adopting this concept, we aim to promote physical and mental stimulation, herd dynamics, and optimal health for our horses. Our Paddock Paradise is a testament to our commitment to providing a holistic and enriching environment for our equine companions.
